I have been a patient of Dr. Spurlock for over 6 years. I did not have a problem until recently. My last visit was in May of this year and I had several labs done during that visit, called several times (sent to voicemail) and waited until august of this year to finally get angry about it. (I supposed i have patience). When I called his office, i communicated to April that I have been seeking feedback since my last visit to no avail and could I please speak to someone that can help me with this. I was told very RUDELY that it has been May since he has seen me. I simply asked for some kind of communication as to what is going on and how we should move forward. Again, April Vance was RUDE and acted like I was asking for pain meds. I was simply seeking feedback. Having a medical background myself, I must admit I am in awe at how she spoke to a patient.
