We had ICC restoration in our house in June when our sump pump failed and our basement filled with 5-6 inches of water. We have a finished basement that consisted of a family room, 2 bedrooms, large storage area, bathroom and laundry room. I made the call before 8 am and by 9:30 we had a technician and his assistant in our house surveying the water damage. At 3 that afternoon our basement was completely empty of belongings and our dry out process had started. ICC worked with our insurance to ensure we met all insurance demands and our claim was taken care of.

ICC took care of everything- they provided the staff to move all our contents of our house into our garage, removed all flooring, sheet rock and fixtures, completed the dry out of our basement and provided us with contractors and who could help us get our basement back together and liveable again. ICC answered all our questions, was very helpful and most of all we felt taken care of and a priority to the staff. We would highly recommend ICC for any restoration needs your have!
