The clinic manager doesn’t take complaints seriously. I had some communications issues but she turned a mole hill into a mountain. First she doesn’t return call for over a week. This forced me to ask for an in person meeting. When I should up for the meeting the staff put me in a Drs room to wait for a behavior health therapist. When I said I was uncomfortable with the conflict of interest she insisted that she had to have the person in the meeting. This was rude as the meeting was to talk about the therapist. Later I asked to talk to the therapist about patient client privacy. However she refused then when I learned that therapist are required by law to have conversation about privacy by law. I contacted their Hippa hotline and their complaint department. They refused to have the conversation and dismissed me as a patient. This is obviously discrimination against a person who has privacy concerns in order to avoid accountability. People with this level of unaccountability shouldn’t be in the medical field. The The is still required by law to have the privacy conversation that I requested. It is ridiculous that I have to file complaint with the therapists board about this matter. I’ve been seeking a lawyer but they are all about damages hard to prove.
