Provided by YP.comI called this team in the middle of a winter emergency - frozen pipes had damaged my dining room and basement. Their prompt responses, excellent understanding of the remediation process, and quick turnaround made a huge difference in mitigating the damages while ensuring a return to a safe and healthy living environment. The Manager is a great person all-around, is understanding, and very easy to relate to. I wouldn't wish such an emergency situation on anyone, but if you should find yourself in need of such services, there isn't a better company to help you get through it.

Provided by YP.comAfter researching and reading numerous reviews I decided to call ServiClean Inc. for a consultation for mold remediation. Carlos responded and thoroughly checked the house. He advised that the damage was very minor and it was not necessary to hire a mold remediation company. Carlos advised how the mold should be cleaned up and advised that if I needed to hire someone a general contractor could handle it for a much lower price.
We had no idea the extent of the damage and could have easily been charged way too much! I am so happy that I chose ServiClean in Woodbridge VA and appreciate Carlos's honesty. If I have a mold or water problem in the future I will call him!
