This KFC has been in operation for a number of years. It is KFC, so when they make it right, it is wonderful. However, you have to watch them. Never drive away from the drive through or get take out without checking it first. Here are some problems my family and friends have been subjected to over the years: miscount on the number of pieces (always less than what was ordered); giving you original instead of crispy; using old grease which makes the chicken dry and the coating darker than normal. There have also been several occasions where we order, pay for the food, and then are told they don't have what we ordered and they gave us what THEY wanted us to have (examples: we ordered extra crispy and paid for it, then were told they only had original. Another time, when they stopped carrying the crispy strips, they did not tell us this when we ordered crispy strips, and gave us original strips instead). Luckily they are among the few in this area that HAS brought back the extra crispy chicken as well as the crispy strips). Another problem: they refuse to cook up chicken in peak hours - like dinnertime. There is often a mass of people waiting for them to cook it at dinner time - duh. Don't know what it is with KFC and the managers they hire. They simply do not get it - customer service should be the first thing they think about and it is just not the case here. Unfortunately they are the closest to a lot of neighborhoods so they just don't care.
