very unprofessional! it took u...

very unprofessional! it took us 20 minutes to pick up our order. a man in plaid shirt and tie (who we soon found out was the manager) had walked past us at least 5 times and didn't ask if we've been helped. when we finally paid and checked over our food everything had to be returned. do not go to this place. one word. disgusting.

This Chili's is not worth going to. The service is slow, the waiters are not friendly and the food is medicore.
