Worse outfit that I ever encountered in the construction service and repair business. We have those wall units that qualify as central air. They take the humidity of out the air and remove the water via tubing that runs out of the house and into the ground. Two of our units needed servicing and Freon. The servicemen opened the door to the unit and began pocking around with a screwdriver. a piece of the unit came out and landed on the floor. He insisted that the piece was broken before he arrived. It wasn't. My wife had dusted in anticipation of his arrival. He said that the unit was very old and things like this are to be expected. ( The unit was about 5 years old.) He said that he would order a new part and get back to us. Two weeks passed and no part. We called. They needed our service manual. We brought it in. After about a month. We followed up. They insisted we never gave them the manual. My wife confronted the employee to whom see gave the manual. "Oh yes. Now I remember. I'll find it and get back to you." We are still waiting months later. Now that we are in a new summer season we want our unit fixed. These people are the most frustrating, incompetent, lying outfit that I ever dealt with.
