Slow to answer phone, it often transfers to a remote number. Will pick up equipment at their convenience not yours. Slow service on repairs (even when your business depends on the equipment), rarely meets promised date, frequently has to order common parts for items sold there, and nickel and dimes you for every little thing. Have had to bring back every piece of equipment repaired/serviced there due to oversights on reassembly, improper part installed, or still does not work properly after "serviced or repaired". Has "kids" doing the work. Anything beyond a basic tune-up seems to be beyond their capability. Have been charged for parts ordered but never used and for unnecessary parts which I did not authorize in advance (did get credit when brought to their attention). Stocks little new equipment and has to order so you can rarely purchase off the floor. Not the place to go if you need it today or tomorrow. Other dealers in adjacent towns are much better and responsive to my needs.
