We are repeat customers of NewPro for many reasons. They have the highest quality home improvement products and installation compared to all others we've looked at, bar none, with incredible warranties. We have had NewPro install the highest rated windows available, highest rated siding available, and now a luxury hotel quality shower with another bathroom planned with a jetted tub for next year. Financing is available for all. Mike Giordano came for the installation and was very professional from the beginning to the end. We want to put out a special shout for Andrea Sullivan, Claude Comegna, Clint Mauche, Vladimir Kruchynsky, and Ashley Campbell. We couldn't be more satisfied with the quality, the return on investment, the warranties, the professional customer service, the installers, and more. This family owned company began in Medford in 1945 and faith and trust is one of the most important things with any company you hire and NewPro is one of those companies. Amazing experience ! Jason really made me feel like he was truly trying to help me, not just sell me something. Very responsive to all of my questions and concerns, without being pushy or insincere. And best of all my dog loved him (that's a good sign).

We originally replaced 5 windows four years ago. Since we have seen a difference in our heating bills from these five replacement windows, we are now replacing all of the windows in our house. The staff at Newpro has always been helpful and willing to work around our schedules. We can't wait to get our new windows installed!

I originally did business with Newpro 17 years ago. I recently did a another order for 8 more windows. The quality of Newpro products are the best. The people from Newpro always help with any issues that arise, they are very personable. I feel that Newpro is like a nice neighbor of mine. I am now going to replace my vinyl siding with Newpro because I just know that they will do a great job.

The original windows in our home were over 40 years old and needed to be replaced. Early in January, Newpro came out to our house and explained how completely different the Newpro window is from regular vinyl windows. Impressed by the technology, we placed and order. We have been pleasantly surprised how everything went according to plan. Our windows arrived just as they mentioned. Newpro's installers were very professional, on-time and cleaned up everything. They even worked in the deep snow outside! We have an outdoor, wood-burning furnace that emits smoke constantly. With our old windows, if the wind blew the smoke at the house, we could smell smoke coming inside. With Newpro windows, we can't smell any smoke in our house. No more drafts! We have now placed and order to finish all our windows and two storm doors. Soon, our home will be completely finished with Newpro. Thank you for your professionalism and attention to detail. We have been using Newpro for years. They put in a huge arch window and a few others in our familyroom. We were so impressed by the warmth that we did 11 more windows and our front door the next year. I think we have saved at least 1/3 off our original heating bills, and all the windows aren't even finished yet. You sure get what you pay for as I have relatives with cheaper windows that they are not happy with. We are on year 4 and couldn't be happier. Newpro gets an A+ from us.

I had Newpro replace all the windows in my house. The windows that were replaced were single pane, wood windows. Newpro came out and showed me their product and I was impressed. Newpro was the 13th window company I had over my house for a quote. I was very impressed by the professionalism of the Newpro sales rep and was very impressed with the product. I even jumped on the windows.They installed the windows just like they said they would, they cleaned everything up when they were done, and they showed me how to use the windows. Now I know that sounds dumb, but they showed me how to clean them and remove them.I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for replacement windows (or windows in general). I am putting Newpro windows in my new addition (an additional 18 windows to the 24 already installed). If I could give any tips to consumers, you can shop around like I did or just go to the #1 window installer around.
