Great gym, great people, no matter what level you are this is by far the best gym around. The owner Mike is awesome!!!! You would never regret signing up!

By Far the Best Gym no matter your skill level. In the short time I have been taking classes there, I have come to love the place and the environment. Not once have i felt out of place, or even uncomfortable because of my in experience. the other members treated me as one of the gang from the first class. not only have I learned from Mike, but everyone is willing to critique each other while we train. I would highly recommend this Gym for everyone from beginner, such as myself, to experienced, 15-55 years of age. there is something for everyone who wants it!
