The store is in a great location, with great sales associates. The downfall of this store however, is its managerially and socially inept manager. The manager repeatedly ignores incoming phonecalls of would-be patrons and fails to answer in-store customers questions accurately. When at checkout the communication breakdown continues, unless you count the credit card machine which only speaks to you in good old Espanol. Good products, bad customer relations.
