From its beginnings in 1969 in Woburn, Mass., Cummings Properties has evolved into one of Boston's leading commercial real estate development and property management organizations. Cummings Properties operates nearly 8 million square feet of its own primarily commercial space in metropolitan Boston communities. It is one of the most financially solid real estate firms in the country. Among the company's original projects were the landmark Cummings Park and adjacent Tower Office Park, the first major commercial real estate developments at Route 128 and Interstate 93 in Woburn. Since its inception, Cummings Properties has served as its own general contractor and has built or rebuilt all of its structures.
