My son & I had been going here for 6 years and today was the LAST TIME I WILL EVER subject me or my family to these PATHETIC, RUDE, CONDESCENDING, INCONSIDERATE, KID-HATING, IGNORANT COWARDS! They refused to allow me to stay with young daughter while they filled a cavity. She was very upset and they said she was too loud and to go into the waiting room and asked me why I can't get my daughter to listen to me and that they are referring us elsewhere to a place that can "handle us better". WHAT REALLY? I just wanted to stay with my frightened little girl for her first cavity filling. Today was our SECOND attempt at this as the first time the sent us away and rescheduled us for today and told me to have some other adult bring her for the appointment. WHAT??? TWISTED
