Attention to detail, doing things the right way the first time, working with us on "unique" requests, and "Energy Star" rated home, one that was constructed out of the weather and transported to our building site; sets Ferkey Builders apart from the rest.



In my line of work, I see all kinds of "finished products." We could have gone with a number of other contractors, but when I saw the finished product that Roy and Colleen put out, our decision was simple.



Thanks again to all the subcontractors that went out of their way to make this project a fantastic experience. All I can say is, "It is worth the effort to check them out. May your home building project go as well as ours did. Colleen didn't miss anything and Roy was the general contractor I couldn't or didn't have the time to be."
