Lacks sufficient sound barrier...tenants wake you at 1215a and 645a as a result of closing cabinets loudly(kitchens back up to each other, normal apartment floor plan)...apartment manager stated they installed felt on cabinets to solve problem...when manager was contacted after install did not solve problem...her response was "it's apartment living, you're going to hear things".

ya,,,,,,,before renting here you better ask a lot of questions,,,,,,,,,,there are things that go on throughout the year they DO NOT tell you until youre lockedintoo a lease there is also no privacy ,,,,,,every time you turn around its another note in your door about some bull, be prepared to take care of your own sidewalk with salt and shpvel in winter really?thought that was what were paying rent for and when you get smart and move out,,,,,,,,4pages of MOVE OUT GUIDELINES!!!!!!!!!! are you kidding and YOUR cleaning list is at least a page long they do not paint or clean for anew tenant they expect the old tenant to leave it move in ready absurd!! be ready for inspections 4 times ayear any visitors for a week need to be okd by the office my friend was totally appauled at this good luck heed our warning oh ya if you live in adumpster bldg. look forward to large furniture etc. sitting there for weeks on end RUN!!!!!
