Been with them for almost two years, the previous owners used them and referred us. Had good service for some time as far as maintaince. When there was something wrong the pool it was not so good. Every conversation was through email, there was not Effort on their part to pick up the phone and discuss the issues over the phone or in person. There was no initiative to come out sooner and look into the problem. When another company came out and figured out what the problem was in 5 mins, they denied what the other company found to be the issue, even though it was in writing. Now I’m stuck with dead grass, a repair bill and an huge water bill. I cut ties with this company over this. All I got was an apology after pulling teeth for it. I’m moving on. Even though they should take responsibility for some of the bills I’m stuck with , i will not push the issue. Just beware of the lack of customer service and professionalism from this company
