Wish there was a lower rating than one star. I reserved a van to use for my business, gave them a credit card (which they would have charged if I hadn't picked it up) and even confirmed with them by phone that I was coming to pick it up. When I arrived I was informed that the manager had decided to rent my van out to someone else who was supposedly only going to be using it for an hour. I guess he figured why not get two day's rental out of it. When I went to get my van of course it was not there and the person when called said they wouldn't be bringing it back till the next day. They tried to blame it on one of their customers!!!! I asked the person at the counter who had decided to rent my van out to someone else and he told me that it was the manager, a young boy who didn't even have the guts to come out and face me to explain the situation himself. I was offered nothing for my inconvenience except directions to another U-Haul where I could get a van. I recommend going a few blocks to Metric and University and using the U-Haul there at the Citgo, good service and they aren't liars.
