Ingrid is absolutely amazing at what she does. Not only does she physically help my body, but she also helps spiritually, and emotionally as well. Through prayer and guidance she lifts my spirits and make me feel better all around. She is very caring for each of her clients and shows genuine interest in their well being. It's like visiting a friend that you've known for years and you can't help but to smile. Every time I go in for an appointment I leave feeling completely renewed. I would recommend her to any person who is looking for help.

All I can say are wonderful things about this place. I went to her for shoulder pain and decreased mobility in both arms that I had for years. No other massage therapist could make it better. I was getting ready to consider surgery when I found Ingrid at Therapuetic Massage. My shoulders are working fine now after several sessions! No more pain and mobility is so much better. Now she is working on my hip pain. After one session the pain is not even noticeable. She absolutely knows what she is doing. Amazing results! Highly recommend!

The best massage I've ever had! Ingrid's attention to my needs as a client in pain extended beyond the table as she gave me advice on follow up treatment at home. She took a minute at the beginning to center herself and focus on me. This woman really works the full session - body and spirit!

She was specific to what I needed. I've had pain in my hip for about a year now and after the first session the pain was no longer present. My profession requires me to sit at a desk all day and I also require neck and shoulder work and the pain has been mitigated with work Ingrid has done. I do recommend seeing her because it has proven to be therapeutic for me.

I have had many massages but none as detailed to my needs. My neck and back hold all my stress. Not only did Ingrid work on that area she showed me stretches and exercises to do daily to open up all of my knots and relieve tension. Every time I go back she gives me new exercises to help.
