I had five estimates to get my pool deck remodeled. Everyone that came to my home spent about 15 to 20 minutes with my husband and I and really did not give us alot of design ideas. They came in and measured then gave us a catalog and a price and left.



When the representative came from J.A. Pavers, we got alot more info from them. They had the same catalogs as most of the others but also other materials and design ideas for us to look over and consider. The representative spent 1 1/2 hours with us and assured us that if we had any questions to feel free to call them and they would be happy to try to help make the decisions easier for us.



After looking at a job they did near our home and talking to that homeowner we decides to use this company. Once that decision was made our rep came again to our home and we spent another 2 hours making the color and design choices. She was very helpful and had some thoughts that would not had occured to us.



The installation process began on time and since it had all been explained to us in advance we knew just what to expect and there were no unpleasant surprises. The timeline went as expected and the final result is that our new pavers and coping have transformed our backyard pool area into something we enjoy every time we use it.



I would highly recommend this company and I feel it's salespeople as well as the installers are professional and it was an excellent experience working with them.
