The customer service for this ...

The customer service for this spa is a NIGHTMARE. I strongly recommend that you not purchase any services from this place. I purchased an online voucher through LivingSocial.com for a massage from Exhale Body Care. I scheduled an appointment online as instructed by the Spa’s voicemail and website. I received a confirmation of my appointment by email which stated very clearly that the spa had a 6 hour cancellation requirement. I ended up having to cancel the appointment and I gave an 8 hour notice which is more than what was stated in the confirmation email I received. Later when I tried to reschedule I was informed that the voucher was marked as used because I did not cancel within 24 hours (this is listed in tiny print on the voucher and is different than what was listed on the confirmation email I received from the Spa). I contacted the spa assuming a mistake had been made. I did not receive a phone call back. I then emailed their contact email listed on their website and was replied by an “Angie” who appears to be the only employee at the Spa who stated that because I did not cancel within 24 hours I forfeited my voucher. I forwarded the email I had received from the spa which clearly includes the six hour policy Angie to prove that there is clearly a confusing cancellation policy and she replied by telling me it’s not her fault that the automatic confirmation from her spa listed the wrong cancellation policy. I requested a phone call back so this could be discussed over the phone instead of via email. She never called me back so I called and left a message requesting a phone call back within 24 hours or I was going to contact BBB and/or LivingSocial. She replied with a vicious email attack against my personal character and refused to issue a refund. I then contacted LivingSocial who stated they may be able to give me a refund if she marked the voucher as “unused” in the system. I requested that Angie complete this and she sent another vicious email this time threatening to contact my employers in a bizarre attempt to control the situation. She was able to tell where I worked because of the email address I was using. IS THAT NOT CRAZY?????????? This was appalling to me and highly unprofessional and I feel very strongly that she should not be practicing massage therapy or be allowed to have a license if she treats her customers like this.
