I just called Cigarz on the Avenue twice to find out their weekday hours. The first time I called, the phone rang 7 or 8 times before someone answered. When they finally picked up, all I heard was background noise and was abruptly disconnected. I called back and when someone answered on the 4th ring, I could barely hear his curt "greeting" over more background noise. After telling me their closing time, I could barely finish saying "thank you" before he hung up. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
