Went here a year ago got a tune up and and they did something with valve covers. Brought car home running well and was real happy till a few days later when noticed car was leaking oil badly. Car had never leaked oil so I brought it back and they said that repairman had just messed up on another Murano and had been fired. Owner was not happy and said that they would have been better off to have been idle then to do my repair originally. They reluctantly agreed to fix and then proceeded to replace the easier of the two gaskets. Left happy again but then found out from another mechanic that both are still leaking and need to be repaired. Car still leaks oil in garage every day so obviously a I am not a happy customer as car had never leaked prior to my visit. Will have my car fixed by a higher trained mechanic.

Went there for an oil change and to inspect the air conditioning. They upgraded the Freon and then told me the compressor needed to be replaced, about $1,000. They noticed my sway bar links needed to be replaced and did it for $150. Turns out the next day the kit was installed backwards and improperly. Went to a reputable repair shop that identified the AC fan was the problem and the compressor was fine. Saved the $1,000 mis-diagnosis. They would not refund the cost of replacing the sway bar kit since I didn't trust their work. Avoid this place like the plague

tuffy body shop is about excellent customer service and excellent quality of service. You want your repairs and service work done right, then go to tuffy in winter haven. Great staff!!!

i don't normally go out of my way to wright a bad review,But this is not the first time something has happened at this location.

Oil Change for synthetic Castrol Oil EDGE -71.43 for 4.5 QTs a bit much but ok people have to make a living. i Get that.



the problem i have is that they continue to fail about getting it right.



nov 1 2011 - VW jetta 2005 - when for a oil change - left with a striped Oil plug and oil pan. Cost me 215 buck to get it fixed they refused to fix it.



aug 21 2012 - Mazda 3 Mazdaspeed 09 - went for a oil change - left with the Splash Guard with half the bolts missing causing it to get cought in the wheel well , Damaged it so badly it needs to be replaced. casting me about 180 to get it fixed right. - Tuffy's still refused to pay.



Are you starting to see a trend here ?

Not worth the time or money. It Seems like they do not hire knowledgeable Mechanics just anybody off the street .

Poor Service , Don't Keep Records of Previous Cars Correctly. If they get the right car correct at all.



was sold 6 QTs of oil for a engine that could only take 4.5 .

i had to point that out to them and then they proceeded to tell me that was correct.

had to point out the sticker on the engine where it clearly States 4.5 QT of oil.



Not Exactly the kind of Company the Strides For Excellence.
