Went there to have my windows fixed electrical problem. Left with a broken regulator in the driver window. Answer was "not my fault" and they could replace it but I would have to pay for a new regulator and labor. Regulator is new and barely used since the windows had not been used ( due to electrical problem). It appears the window had been pushed down is reason it was broken. Since I was told that it had gone up and down several times one can only come to the conclusion it happened during the repair. I can understand things can happen but it would have been a nice gesture of good business to have offered to replace the regulator or even a discount. Instead told could always use a black garbage bag to cover the window from rain until I had the money to pay for the new regulator. Just sad.....

This place is the bomb. They have never screwed me over and I strongly recommend them to anyone. They have fixed my Mustang many times and charged a fair price. I will warn you they are so good they are always backed up with business lol. But I will not take my car any where else!
