High quality product and outcome. Team that constructs was knowledgeable and did a great timely job.

Great company they do excellent work completely professional in all aspects. We have had them do a couple of large remodeling projects for our home and have been completely satisfied.

Eric McCoy and EMC delivered in every way. We could not be happier with our new boathouse! Louis, James and the crew are amazingly skilled and everyone was wonderful to have involved during the process.
We thank EMC for a beautiful structure that our family will enjoy for decades.

It was great working with EMC in building our new boat dock. With my husband being wheelchair bond, they came up with the design that is needed to accommodate his needs and still provide us with a dock that is functional and beautiful. Thank you Kathy & Stumpy

Fantastic dock builder! Eric helped us see the vision of what we wanted and we couldn’t be any more pleased. Louis and the crew did a perfect job constructing the dock and boathouse. Can’t go wrong with this group.

Punctual and professional

Eric, the owner runs a tight company. My job was difficult because it involved coordination between the city, contractor and the architect to procure a varience for the building permit. This was a monmuntial task and one I think none of the other contractors I got bids from could have accomplished. Once started, the job was completed AHEAD OF SCHEDULE and handled professionally from beginning to end. THEY'RE THE BEST.

We are very satisfied with our dock. Eric and his entire crew were on time, respectful and did a great job. Would highly recommend them and use them for another project.

They use quality materials and had good workmanship with the construction of the dock. The only problem I had was a communication problem about exactly where the end of the pier would be on our shoreline as they started to set posts. They adjusted that near the end of the project when I could tell where the ramp was going to be and it was too close to the shoreline since the water was unusually low when they were building the dock. The additional cost to extend the pier was discounted because of the lack of communication. I would not hesitate to hire them again if I needed remodeling work done on my house or additional dock repair in the future.

Just incredible working with Eric and his team they did a wonderful job and came back and do a couple things at no charge. I would recommend them to anyone

They were very fast and stole the dock and I made it exactly where I wanted it and it and I'm very happy with it

EMC did a great job on my house, and believe me they did a LOT of work. Their crew is more like artisans and craftsmen. Everybody was very polite and customer service was simply fabulous. I have a beautiful house now. EMC can do anything you need to get done, and they will do it with high quality. I do mean very high quality.

My wife and I contracted Eric McCoy, owner of EMC. He designed and built us a large addition and kitchen remodel. His work was great and on time. We will hire his company again in the future!!
