Stuff is incompetent and rude. Owner came in one day i had appointment gave me the wrong test and left me sitting in a room for like 30 minutes before i walked out to se if she was coming back only for staff to ask why was i still in there waiting. The owner /dr forgot i was waiting. I think all these offices need to be closed down

I've been to the Auburndale office several times with my 15 yr old son and once with my 3 mo old. Every-time was a bad experience! The doctor there (Pierre) does not know the difference between a Ophthalmologist and Optometrist... When I requested a referral for my 15 yr old to see a Ophthalmologist he said I don't need a referral for a routine vision screening... I had to explain several times to Dr. Pierre that a Ophthalmologist is a specialist to specializes in eye disorders and this was not a routine screening.. He was still clueless.. He finally wrote a prescription to go see one after I had to argue the difference between the two doctors for awhile... Also, I explained to him that his Staff has to call it in themselves to the insurance to get a approval & approval number for me to take my son there.. Well, it has been 3 months and still NOTHING!!! I've called the office several times about it and always- same ol' same ol'... ""They will check into it and call me back"" and I never get a call back!!! Then I asked the doctor to fill out a form (Authorization for Medication and Treatment) for my son to take to school because he has migraines bad. Well, the doc half-way filled it out. Basically put the medication name down that he takes and signed it.. Did NOT put the dosage, the form or how often the school nurse is to give to him him or what the medication was for or any other valuable info... Now- With my 3 mo old- they had NO equipment to weigh him. They was puzzled on how to weigh him. The nurse was scared to touch him. Scared to take his temp. The doc came in and listened to what I had to say and walked out to make a phone call to get a medical plan on him with another doctor at another office because he did-not know how to treat him himself... The thing that puzzles me is: This Clinic "IS" listed as avail. Pediatricians in my Children's Insurance Doctor Directory- But they are totally CLUELESS when it comes to treating any child!!! My children now have new doctors.. "REAL PEDIATRICIANS"... I think this Doc. Pierre is a prescription pad doc who just likes to write people prescriptions and send them on their way... I personally will NOT ever recommend this doctor to anyone!!!!

worst doctor's office ever!

These people claim that appointments come before walk ins I had an appointment at 11:00 am and they did not even call me out of the waiting room until 12:10 pm. This is the absolute worst office I have ever been to and I would NEVER recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Got bitten by a cat today. I went to the new location on first street. The two women at the window were unfriendly and really never looked up at me or barely answered my question about insurance. There is a sign by the women's window stating patients with an appointment will be seen before walk ins.....so why is this called urgent care? I left and went somewhere were the word urgent means urgent. Will not be back.
