Anytime fitness Winter Haven, FL. Worst experience ever. The staff is extremely dishonest. My fiancé tried cancelling for a year cause she moved away. They refused to accept her request and continued billing her for a year after she stopped going. She spoke to them and year later and they finally cancelled it. she changed her bank account number just to be sure..but they continued charging her and sent it to collections without her knowledge. She found out 4 months later and the collections said she owed $500 and it's only been 4 months.. Smh. She finally just took the loss and paid the balance after hearing lies upon lies from the staff there.
