I have never had a problem there. Tim, the attendant is very nice. I can't ever imagine a problem with them. I have been taking my recyclables there for 5+ years and have never had an issue. I'm very sorry the prior reviewer is dissatisfied

do not go there.... i was scrapping for franklin navarros kidney transplant and was lied to about how much copper i had, they refused to show me the weights and got in my face and tried to intimidate me.... the african american attendant wanted to fight when i asked to see the weights, bad people, bad buisness and even worse customer service.... when i told them i wanted my scrap back because he would not show me the weights i did not recieve all of my product back... i know the guy has my name and address and phone number, this is the type of place i expect to retaliate against me.... i was polite and courteous and in return i had the attendant get in my face and want to fight me, he even told me he was going to give me more money than my scrap was worth, this is how i knew i was being lied to so i asked to see the weights and was harassed.... if you value your safety and if you value your time and energy of going through the trouble of scrapping do not go here... never have i been treated this way at any scrapyard... these are bad people, my friend is dying and we are attempting to raise money for his transplant and this place attempted to rip me off, and do not go there... take your scrap elsewhere....

these people will be reported to the ftc and bbb, they took my scrap refused to allow me to see the numbers on the scale, and got in my face and wanted to fight when i asked to see the numbers, do not go there, when i asked for my product back i did not recieve all my scrap back, i was polite and never once got rude or ugly, the attendant wanted me to sink to his level but i refused to be the jerk that he was, they have video of the whole confrontation, i tok my metals back and left, they have my name address and telephone number, i sure hope they do not decied to retaliate against me and my family, this is the type of place you should avoid if you are smart, take my advice do not go there..... unbelievable expirence....
