DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE!!!
To make a really long story short, I just have to say, DO NOT GO HERE!! The owner of this shop, Charles/Charlie is shady as hell, does not do honest work, is immature, and as most mechanics, is just out for your money! Once you pay him, he will do the work, but when you come back with problems (he probably created) he doesnt want to know you. He turns from that "caring" mechanic that says, we will take good care of your car to "Ill fix it if you pay me the labor again". He was extremely unprofessional when I brought my car back to him with a problem that didnt start until he got his hands on it. He got defensive right off the bat, and went so far as to call me names!
I stupidly trusted Charles to rebuild my transmission, and it was such a huge mistake to do business with him! I paid him for brand new parts, and then two other mechanics says there are markings on the parts that only come from a junkyard!!
What else can I say....but IF YOU WANT HONEST SERVICE, THIS WILL NOT BE THE PLACE!!!

If you look at all the positive reviews below you'll notice the majority are made on the same date. So suddenly 6 people decide to give them a review on the same date??? I don't think so. Basically it's the owner's son who works there Rusty who'll coincidentally see in a positive light in the reviews, who is making all these good reviews. He is trying to impress the old man. If you decide not to go with them or change your mind about using them he will get a little attitude. I decided not to have my Ford Focus worked on by them. People talk about this place around here but I'm not going to tell you what is said.

On a side note try putting a half bottle of Lucas Transmission fix into your slipping or jerking transmission if the car is older. It basically made the jerking stop and probably will get me through another year or more. There are great reviews of this stuff online. I got mine on Ebay.

This is a place to avoid Rusty Jr. lies about the work he charges you for and never does the work.He keeps your car for simple repairs for weeks.

We had our 40 ft. R.V. towed here on New Years Day. I cannot say enough about Rusty Axsom,Manager he is awesome. We were in the mist of the winter storm the weather was freezing, Rusty and his crew had us up and running within 3 days in spite of the bad weather, he's amazing, after repairing our R.V. one of his assistants drove it to make sure it was running properly Rusty would not let us leave until he personally inspected and drove it himself. We are from Indiana and he did not want us to have anymore problems. Hands down the best place !!!

Terrific rescue. Pep Boys in Miami replaced the starter on my older Infiniti. They handed me a compromised car. Jolting harsh shift from first to second. Check Engine Light. Error Code P0745. Wonderful. I took it back. Pep Boys ace electrician stood by his work. Enjoy your car.



Three subsequent mechanics in Miami and the Orlando area were stumped. One guy insisted I needed an $800 solenoid swap or a $1500 rebuild. Luckily my instincts were wide open. This has to be electrical, associated with the starter.



While visiting relatives in Ocoee I was directed to All Transmission World. Rusty asked all the relevant questions and was very diligent along with Ricky and other crew members. They agreed it had to be electrical. It took late one day and most of the next to identify the combination -- reset computer, burnt starter wires and failed drop resistor. I had mentioned drop resistor to the three previous mechanics. I'm not convinced they knew what it was. All ignored the possibility. Rusty did not.



The bill was very reasonable, especially given the devoted hours, and a fraction of the solenoid quote. My vintage G20 feels like itself again, shifting as smoothly as ever. Maybe better.

Anything and everything will go wrong

My explorer trans had no drive at all. All transmission world had my car towed into the \winter garden garage and inspected free of charge. Rusty explained every detail of the problem clearly, and showed me the stripped unit with all the damaged components. He explained to me how much each part would cost and the options I had. Rusty was very professional and extremely honest in his approach to my problem. I was very impressed with the way this young man treated my wife and I and can only recommend him to the highest degree.

I want to express my gratitude for the work performed at my Mini Cooper in the occasion of its manual transmission installation. I feel I should describe my experience with ALL TRANSMISSIONS WORLD.



First, I was amazed with the clarity and details of the Shop’s estimate, where every question that a customer could have, was by itself answered.



Second, it is not often in today’s business world that one finds the politeness that I did while speaking with the shop’s Manager, Rusty and the mechanic that performed the job in my car, Ricky, both over the phone and in person.



Third, Rusty kept me informed of every step of both, the procurement phase of an used transmission and the work being performed on my Mini Cooper and Ricky showedme the progress and explained the process of the job, every time I stopped by the Shop.



Lastly, if all of the ALL TRANSMISSION WORLD’S Manager and Mechanics are composed of a Rusty and Ricky, the Shop’s customers, like myself, will highly recommend the services of ALL TRANSMISSION WORLD to others. It is an understatement to say that these guys are terrific and their job is extraordinary. They delivered everything they promised when they promised. Their attitude was always courteous and above all, professional and competent.

I was skeptical at first, but so far they've exceeded my expectations. After dropping my car off there for an estimate on a transmission rebuild, I decided to look online and ask around about them. I read several negative reviews online and also had some other word of mouth recomendations not to take my car there. However, I had spoken with Rusty several times after dropping my car off for the estimate and I felt comfortable with letting them work on it.



Something else that helped me feel comfortable about choosing them, as I made my decision to let them work on my transmission, was how busy they are. They seem to have a steady line of people looking for their help. As I sat in the lobby, I overheard many customers telling Rusty how they'd been their before, were happy with the results and prices, and that's why they were back. I felt like repeat business would be one of the best gauges for measuring the quality of their work, so it helped me feel comfortable trusting them.



I have an 01 Acura TL which is notorious for having transmission problems. My transmission had been rebuilt just 35k miles prior and had already failed again, so I was skeptical of anyone who would be working on my car. The last mechanic had only offered a 1yr / 12k mile warranty and after speaking with many other shops for the last rebuild, plus many others for this rebuild, this seems to be a typical warranty offered. I was suprised to hear that All Trans. World offers a 3 yr / 50k miles warranty on their rebuilds.



So far so good. The work was done quickly and correctly. They commuicated with me from the initial time I dropped the car off, through the diagnosis and estimate, and unitl the car was ready for pick up. To be honest, they even let me witness my old transmission being disassembled and diagnosed because I was so skeptical and worried about dishonest shops, being lied to, getting taken advantage of, or being overcharged.



Their service, prices, and competence in their work have all been A+, and their warranty of 50K or 3 years on transmission rebuilds is 2nd to none. I've had the car back for over a month and it's been running smoothly and shifting smoothly. I'd recommend them to anyone having transmission problems with their car. I haven't been disappointed with my decision and I would recommend them to anyone who's having transmission problems.

We chose All Transmission World from the Yellow Pages. Can be a dangerous thing to do as we did not check on any references. Well, we are 100% pleased. Our Jeep was driving only in Safe Mode, Limp Mode, or 2nd Gear. All these different names for the same symptom. He called the Tow truck. They came and picked it up and began the diagnosis. He gave us a phone quote and we gave the go ahead. It was not a simple thing but he stuck to it and kept us abreast on the process. Showed us the bad part.



We now are so glad we used All Transmission World because he did what he promised, is honest and trustworthy. Trusty Rusty I call him.....Anita

My daughter took her car in to have front axle replaced and because she said "the ac is blowing hot air." They replaced the axle and when they checked the ac there was nothing wrong with it. They were honest in telling me that and did not charge for it. I appreciate Rusty's honesty as it is rare that you have find auto shops you can trust.

Rusty was upfront with everything regarding the transmission for my daughter's Honda CRV. His price was more than fair. The service and quality of work has been great. The work was completed on time and they stayed over to make sure everything was done correctly so that my daughter could drive the car to her high school graduation activities. This was a rite of passage for her and something she will not soon forget.

I also measure quality of work by the follow up (service after the sale). It too has met my expectations. My only compliant was I wish they had more sitting area so that I could have done some work on my laptop while waiting. But I would take great work at a fair price over that any day.

I own a Ford Police Interceptor, so I'm very particular about who works on it. Rusty, whatever anyone else says, treated me with respect and was honest from A to Z. I suspected that I had a tranny problem, but he pointed out the MUCH less expensive diagnosis that I overlooked. Had it fixed while I waited, and gave me a satisfactory rate for the work. I watched him and his crew work, and they were courteous and competent. That is the straight forward report. I recommend them highly.

My 2001 Rodeo was brought here on a recommendation due to a slipping transmission. I feel that from the first call to Rusty, I was treated with respect and professionalism, and this continued through the process of the repair of my truck. I let him know up front that I was on a budget, and he did his best to help out with that, although the final bill was a bit more than I would have liked to pay, it was because ATW and Rusty were very thorough in finding out just what needed to be replaced to be able to stand behind their work. I was even encouraged to come to the shop and check out the internals of the transmission when it was taken apart, which set my mind at ease that the suggested repairs were indeed necessary. I picked the truck up today, and I couldn't be happier; it works like new and has a warranty just in case anything goes wrong. I would recommend this shop to anyone who wants a good, honest diagnosis and repair with no hidden costs after the work begins.

I got a clear explanation of my transmission problem, had it rebuilt on my lincoln mark VII, and time frame for the work to be done was on time, fairly priced, He schedluled a follow up in two weeks to check the work done, I will continue have my preventive maintainace work and repairs with All world transmission. 8/17/2012 Thanks Rusty....
