Signed up for regular biweekly service and constantly had to remind them to come out. Caught them billing us wrong once and gave them the benefit of the doubt. But then, we went on vacation and came back to a yard that hadn't been mowed in a month! When I called to complain, I was argued with and told that all of their trucks have gps tracking so they check in everywhere they have been and that they mowed just last week. If this is truly the case then this company has a problem with dishonest employees. I had to text in photos of the grass, 15 inches, up to my knees, to get them to come out. To top it all off when I received the call in reply to the photos there was no apology what so ever!!! and a revised bill was sent with the crew charging me for that day, nope no credit for the time missed, no apology given. Kelly is a horrible manager. Undoubtedly a family member with no business experience. They have lost my business forever!
Called today to cancel service, still no apology.
