The appointment scheduler and the receptionist were exceptionally nice to deal with. Dr. Stein was professional and efficient. The office is very new, modern, and clean. The negative, however, is the lack of follow up. I had questions about my pathology results and called 3 different days, each time telling me a nurse would call me back, but never did. I called the last time and said I did not want a call back, I wanted to talk to someone now. Her response was she didn't know what happened on the return call to me. I can not speak highly on their customer service skills. And whoever answers the phone when you call, never identifies themself...you might as well get a recording and press a number like everywhere else. Will look elsewhere for future dermatology care.
