Reece builders sent a solicitor out to my house last week and when I told them that I wasn't interested, the guy said "let me at least call my manager so I can get credit for talking to you. They wanted my phone number so they could call me back and then the manager wanted to know when I would be home. Any criminal could have printed a flyer and knocked on the door to see if anyone would be home. So, of course, the next day I got a phone call wanting to set up an appointment to come out and give me an estimate. I said I was not interested and hung up the phone. Today another solicitor from Reece Builders knocked on the door and wanted to talk to me about replacement windows. I was not as kind as I was to the guy last week and told him I did not like solicitors knocking on my door. He said they do that to let people know about the quality of their products. I read reviews and if I want a product, I will research the company. If they are such a quality company, why do they need to solicit their products by going door to door handing out flyers. If I ever need windows or anything else, I will not chose this company simply because of this reason.
