I have gone to this business for over 25 years and Dr Spangler is a very personable dentist. He is concerned for his patients. I have complained about the front counter as well and he has looked totally appalled and was apologetic. I noticed the next time I went it had toned down significantly. You can't base the medical work on women who are unprofessional. Based on the timing of these comments on YP (2011??), they should be fired.

We have been going to this office for the last 30 years and we have had nothing but excellent care and professional service. The ladies at the front desk are very kind and accommodating. Phyllis and Kristin always make our visits a positive experience. Whenever I have had an issue, which is rare, Leslie has been extremely helpful and quick to respond. We were originally patients of Dr. Snyder until he retired. Now we are so happy to have Dr. Spangler as our dentist. My family and I will never go anywhere else.

The office is very clean, organized and appointments are always on time. However, I would not recommend Dr. Wilson at this office. I had more than one bad experience with her and I know a few others (including my husband) who had a similar experience. Fillings not completed correctly (according to 4 other dentists that I went to) and a damaged tooth that required an emergency room visit. I had 3 dental emergencies (from her work) and could not get her to assist me after hours and I had to resort to going elsewhere.
