Can't say enough about this tanning salon. It is Clean, Friendly and Prices are Compatible with any

other salon in winston salem and them some.

They update equipment every 2 years. Last tanning season alone I know that they changed bulbs 3 times!!!

That is something unheard of!! Hats off to Island Tans and the staff.

They are not a chain salon and I think that is what sets them apart. They call the shots!

The owners are always in a store and if not they post their personal cell phones for concerns! Again, that is unbeleivable to me.

I could keep going but I still wouldn't be able to say enough!

Just trust me and give them a try.
