Scott is a lifesaver when it comes to computers. As a business owner with a home-based business, my PC is essential. I cannot afford for my computer to be "down." Other services require you to bring your computer to them and leave it for several days or more. Scott comes to me, responds quickly and repairs the problem. He has also assisted me in some upgrades to improve the performance of my computer.

Scott did a great job of reinstalling my Windows after I "picked up" some trojans/viruses. He was very thorough, knowledgeable and "down to earth" in discussing my computer problems and solutions. I had several needs when I called Scott for help and he was a tremendous help. Through a secure program, Scott was able to access my computer remotely meaning that I was able to get my problems solved immediately and didn't have to try to fumble through explaining the problem or fixing things myself. He could see exactly what was going on and took care of it right away. In addition to the specific needs I had involving computer settings and software installation, he was also able to clear unused files off of my computer and install free antivirus software. Now my computer boots up and runs much more quickly! I would highly recommend Scott to anyone who has computer problems or questions!

Scott is an excellent computer service person. He is fair, knowledgeable, and conscientious about his work. Solves problems quickly and to clients who are technically challenged as I am...he does a wonderful job explaining what happened, why it happened and how he fixed the problem...in other words...he is also a great communicator. When my computer crashed right in the middle of organizing a conference, Scott patched it back together and got me through my deadline. He worked until nearly 2 am in the morning and saved all my information. He saved the conference!

Great Scott! provides excellent computer service. He has kept my computer upgraded and running smoothly for years. He helped move my computer (because I hate dealing with all those little wires) when we moved and networked the laptop and the desktop so I have wireless at my house. He really knows his stuff! I highly recommend him.
