Went to procedure appointment on a Thursday with severe stomach pain that came from prep. I let every GAP team member including Dr Smith know it. They continued with procedure ...I woke with pain and was told everything looked fine and the pain was from the air they used during procedure. My concerns were repeatedly dismissed.

The following Sunday included a trip to the ER where a CT scan showed "Sigmoid diverticulitis with localized perforation". Admitted to hospital and GAP was notified yet 2 weeks later they have never acknowledged or contacted me.

From the moment you walk in the door, everyone from the receptionist to the providers make you feel special and cared for. Their level of professionalism, expertise and warmth is difficult to mimic in any practice.
