This company tried to repossess my vehicle for a payment that was due on the date 5/28/2014. I had made the payment $300.00 for that month in full but their agent strong armed an additional $100 out of me to pay toward the next month. I paid the $100 extra, however I later received a statement that the additional money that I paid was not credited to the account, but used as a fee to extend contract terms. This was not disclosed at the time of payment. Had I know what their intentions were I would have let them have the car and taken my business elsewhere. The fee was $97.54. If this had been disclosed ahead of time my payment would have been $397.54 instead of an even $400.00. This company is using fraudulent means to extract additional revenue in the manner of fees from it's customers. I asked them to pull the call, since it says they are recorded and they refused. The agent stated today 6/1/2014 that if I did not agree with the charge they would repossess my car.
