Beware of this company. They sent a man out to work on my hot water heater. It was his 1st day on the job and he wasted 3 hours of my time and charged me $200.00 and never did determine the cause of my problem. I told the man, who I doubt was even a plumber that was a lot of money to not be of any help. He said "what can i say". Total crooks in my opinion.

Last night I started a small home-improvement plumbing project at 10:30pm. Bad idea. By 11:45pm I was in over my head (thankfully not literally). I had turned off the water supply to the house and cut the main PEX line to the water heater in the basement (with the intention of tapping into it for a new faucet supply). Having never worked with PEX crimps, I learned the hard way that if you don't get the crimp just right, you're in trouble! So it's almost midnight and I can't turn the house water supply back on without water spraying all over the basement. Dreading the thought of telling my wife she couldn't shower or use any water the next day, I dialed Bodenheimer on my phone and crossed my fingers and toes. Within 20 minutes, John arrived at my house. He quickly assessed the situation and had it all fixed in about another 25 minutes. Then it came time for the bill. I had been expecting to be gouged for the late-night service call, but was pleasantly surprised! Thanks John and Bodenheimer Plumbing!! You saved the day!!
