These guys are a refreshing kind if dealer. Honest and up front, got a great deal on a 2011 loaded Edge. Had it checked by a mechanic and it was as advertised. As i was driving home after i bought the car, the sunroof had trouble closing so i called the salesman Ed, i took it in to the ford dealer the next day ans had it fixed and they took care of the bill. Above and beyond what any other dealer would do if not required. Happy to leave a positive review i had a great experience with these guys.

THE BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER! Having never bought a car on line, I was very apprehensive. However, Chuck Walker and the staff at Auto World of Winston Salem have changed my mind completely. Chuck Walker was very patient with all of our questions and concerns about the car. Since Charleston SC is a 5hr. drive from Winston Salem, we were very slow and cautious about our decision. Chuck Walker even took his time to take the car to a local dealer of our choice for a pre-purchase inspection. The inspection revealed a few normal wear and tear items that Chuck and Auto World agreed to fix and replace at their expense. We were unable to pick up the car for a couple of weeks and they were more than happy to store the car for us until it was convenient for us to pick it up. Due to Chuck Walker and Auto World of Winston Salem's honesty and commitment to satisfying their customers, we will make them our first stop next time we need a car.
