Don't be fooled by the cheap prices! stay away. they have ruined my dress and i when i told my friends about this incident, i found out that they had their dresses ruined their too! Had i known that beforehand, I would not have taken it there! So -- STAY AWAY! the owner just says that she's not responsible! and she acts like a total b*tch! she doesn't even say sorry!

this place is terrible. The owner has manner issues! Don't be fooled by the cheap prices! They have lost several pieces of my items and all the owner says is that she is not responsible! What kind of business is this?! Even the workers have told me to go somewhere else because the owner is just a 'bad' person to deal with.

They ruined my custom made thai silk dress with bead work. They put it in the dryer and the beadwork got ruined and melted onto the dress. When I went to pick up the dress, the owner didn't even say sorry. Instead she chose to argue with me saying that my dress used cheap beads! I told her that this was unacceptable. If she was unsure whether the dryer could handle the dress, then she should NOT have put the dress in the dryer and have called me instead. That's why they have our numbers isn't it?! The dress is unsalvagable. And she said she would not do anything! Plus she had the audacity to try and charge me for the dry cleaning bill - for a dress that she ruined! To add to it, a worker came out to us in the parking lot and apologized saying that if she had been the one to receive the dress, she would have told us not to leave it here because they tend to ruin dresses and the owner acts like a b*tch to all her customers. The worker told us that when she ruins a dress, the owner just says that it's not her responsibility. That says a lot when a worker tells you that! BE WISE, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

Friendly staff. fast service, organized. They have never lost any of my dry cleaning.The only thing I don't like is that they will hang jeans and blankets outside of their building to dry even in the Spring time when the pollen is all around.
