First impression of owner Jim Dally was a good and positive one but first day on the job and he was questioning my intelligence level as he stated. I have multiple years as a plant manager and I obtain various skills from hard work and proper training. If you are looking to be hired on the spot, don't care how you are treated/spoken to and can work in a very disorganized/unsafe shop environment, than this is the place for you. I don't leave poor feedback unless I feel others should know the real truth about a company so this is a warning to anyone looking to work for him. The employees are helpful but the owner is fake.
