usually the woman at the window is very nice but if you get anyone else they are rude and don't have the patience. If you ask about your account if you are there or if you are over the phone they act as if they don't have the time to be checking on anything of yours. I called on day Im not going to say the women name but she was very rude. when i asked a question i guess she had to get up and see exactly what it was I could hear her blowing and when i told her thank you she just hung up. This made me very upset because if she don't like her job, GIVE IT TO SOMEONE ELSE.
