Dr. Ban is an excellent surgeon, very caring and compassionate with my cat . His prices are reasonable compared to other clinics. His exams are very thorough and seems very knowledgeable. Staff is very well trained as well and are very kind and helpful.

I must say that Dr. Ban was kind, caring and concerned. He took time with my pet who can be very shy and difficult. That did not faze Dr. Ban who was successful in obtaining multiple x-rays that were needed as well as nasal cultures. We are now awaiting results and I have found my new vet! Highly impressed!
