Please don't make the same mistake as we did. Talk to Winnemucca's town folk about the character of Vision West Realty owner, Harold R. Hawkins, before doing business or even associating with him. Ask why his given nickname is "Skippy." Harold Hawkins is a very bad individual, corrupt and lacking morals.

Vision West Realty Company are liars. We bought a parcel of land believing that it had access to city water and sewer. It did not nor will have in our life times. As a very close relative of Harold Hawkins, and as a spokeman for the Hawkins family. Harold used, abused and criminally neglected our aged and now deseased family members, but not before he used his given power of attorney.....to manipulate and steal all of their deserved honest hard earned money and possessions...leaving them helpless, scared, forcing them to live in filth and purposely unsafe conditions. Harold is not a self-made man, but a dangerous manipulating thief with a complicit wife.
