From the dispatcher(Amanda) to the Customer Service Rep(Kevin) to the technician(Tim): ALL were extremely professional and courteous. Tech performed a super job with excellent cleanup after. Gave 4 stars instead of 5 only because services were a tad pricey but if you want the quality, you have to be prepared to pay for it. Overall quality and workmanship were 5 star.

All of the service technicians have done a good job cleaning and testing my furnace and A/C. They are prompt and courteous and I would recommend the company.

Are you kidding me?? The prices this company charges is a total ripoff!

I NEVER WOULD CALL AGAIN!

Definitely would not recommend. My water pump stopped working. Aiello did a diagnostic that cost $370. Their rep was nice enough but the finding was that I needed a new tank, water pump, cap for outside well, valves & electrical for a cost of $6300. And he left things taken apart after doing the diagnostic when I said I would have to get a loan before I could okay the work. I contacted another company to get a 2nd estimate. They found the problem was a single wire had shorted out the pump. They repaired that wire. Everything is working again - total cost including diagnostic: $304....$6300 less than I would have paid Aiello. That does not include the fact I missed a day of work for Aiello to do the diagnostic and then spent the rest of the day talking to various bankers on the phone and in person trying to get financing to fix the well.

Was not satisfied with their service, but they were polite enough, so I am waiting to see how they respond to my concerns.

Yes, they came out fast but OMG, $780 for a 10 minute job just to change a leaking shut off valve??? I will never ever call them again for any plumbing job. Sorry but get a few quotes first or make sure you sign up for Line Backer through your water company so it won't cost you an arm and a leg and your first born!!!

Aiello was quite timely in getting out to us quickly. Clay C. was knowledgeable, courteous and efficient in performing the work. Excellent service specialist!

I am very pleased with the work that Aiello Home Services recently performed in my home. They replaced my furnace, installed central air, replaced the water heater and removed the oil tank. When I expressed a concern about the workmanship on the duct work, it was immediately address to my satisfaction. Aiello was competitive, they showed up on time, and performed their work in a professional manner. I've already recommended Aiello to a neighbor and colleague.

Stay away!! This company was fined heavily by the Ct. Consumer Protection

for high prices and dishonest business practices..

Living up to its name, Aiello Home Services provided fast and friendly on-time SERVICE, not only for the initial call, but also for the three additional days it took to clear our main water/sewage line. We all know what it's like to be given a window of time for a contractor to show up, and that window is usually wide enough to let a buffalo through. Four times they said they'd be here at a specific time, and four times they honored it. At each successive step to resolve the problem, they carefully explained what they were doing and why. If this site allowed me to give Aiello a 10-star rating, I would.

They red tagged my friend's furnace 4 years ago and through high pressure sales tried to sell her a new furnace for thousands of dollars. She called another heating contractor (an honest one) and he fixed it for a couple hundred dollars. Four years later and the unit is still working fine. Stay away from them at all costs. They have been fined by the Dept. of Consumer Protection for over $30,000 for multiple consumer complaints (Hartford Courant article).

Please save yourself 50% or more ($900 in my case) and call the next guy in the yellow pages, anyone you call will be cheaper. Winter service request, they come out and try to put it to you, outrageous prices, dishonest.



I wish zero stars was a rating.

I have used this company on several occasions with no issues regarding their trade. The problem I have is with their pricing structure which is very expensive. To off set the costs they offer an "insurance" type policy for future problems. I have since found a local plumbing contractor that is reasonably priced and just as good. Sorry I wasted 2 years on this 'policy'. I don't have any problems with the workmanship so I will rate with 3 stars.

It cost $49 for them just to come to your house. Fixing your standard dripping faucet was priced at $404. Another, non-standard, foot-operated dripping faucet stymied the plumber, who estimated the repair (swapping out a pilot/actuator valve we provided) at another $400, with no guarantee that he could fix it.



Our local plumber came the next day and fixed everything for $130 & didn't blink twice at replacing the actuator valve.

What a great company, real people answer the phone, clean professional employees, fast service and they take care of everything in my house. I've used them for my plumbing, electrical, heating, central air conditioning and they even fixed my hard water problem. There number is the only number I ever call, call them today and you'll be happy you did. P.S. if your calling for plumbing, ask for Rocco he's excellent!

I can't imagine how they could get much better ! Very professional, neat, clean friendly. Left the house very clean, they were here on time. Did exactly as they said... Just wonderful ! I will recommend Aiello Home Services to friends and family.

We had them replace a sink faucet system. They arrived exactly when they said they would, worked rapidly, and did a good job for a very reasonable price.Professionalism was top notch. Overall a great experience.

Can someone say EXPENSIVE? A new toilet shouldn't cost thousands of dollars. I am highly displeased, and would not recommend them.
