I've been happy with their reliable, friendly service since I started calling these guys! They never disappoint!

WOW!! What else can I say? Never in my life have I experienced such awesome customer service! These guys are great! This is what happened... I called Budget Cab to pick me up at my client's office. I wanted them to be there at 5:00 PM. They showed up about 15 minutes early which was great because I was actually ready to go. The driver took me back to my hotel, I paid him with my Visa Card and he left. About an hour later I realized I had left my cell phone in the back seat of the cab. I called the dispatcher and he tracked down the cab that had picked me up. After the driver was notified, he found the phone under his back seat, drove all the way back across town and handed it to me with a smile. I tried to tip him $5.00 but he refused! He told me my tip earlier was plenty ( I think I had tipped him $2.00) and that he was just happy he could help. In all my travels, I have never ran in to such an awesome taxi service! 5 stars for Budget Cab!

I'm in Iowa on occasion and I called these guys for a ride and I'll tell you they are the ones to depend on for promt service anywhere you want to go. The hotel I stayed at uses them for early morning airport pick-ups and now I feel assured that I won't be late for my plane. I go alot of places and they are the upper cut in Des Moines....try em they won't let you down.

I have taken several taxi rides in many different states. I can honestly say that these are the cleanest, most updated cabs I have ever seen. One of the cabs I was picked up in had GPS & XM Radio. The driver handed me a menu and let me choose the radio station I wanted to listen to. XM has over 170 channels. I got to listen to CNN News in the taxi on the way to the airport. The driver smelled good (like he just jumped out of the shower) I wish every city I travel to had a bright green & white budget taxicab waiting just for me!! A+++++ For this cab service!!
