This review is limited to their service department. Sadly, I think they are dishonest and untrustworthy. I sent them my 873 for repair since I could no longer do it myself due to age and disability. When they first examined it they gave me a quick verbal quote of about $1200, but I expected this to grow since I owned an automotive shop for the better part of 40 years. Then I got a second quickie quote of about $2200, again not in writing. I budgeted $3300 since I figured this too would not be accurate. Finally they sent me a written quote for $4200! Okay, if that was what it had to be, then so be it, although they added $160 to that for a battery and even more for oil, etc. In addition, an obnoxious amount was added for misc shop expenses (in my shop this was for rags and so forth, but their charge could have purchased a linen factory). I provided a better battery and my own fluids, so the estimate stayed at $4200. When I got it back I found the tires had been switched with some really crappy Goodyear tires. I checked with Big-O and the service manager there (where I always bought tires) and they showed I had purchased tires from them for the Bobcat, but they don't sell Goodyear and never sold me any. The service department refused to listen and swore they had no "cheats" on their staff, even though any shop can and from time-to-time does have, someone who runs into money problems and steals to add a bit to their income. No investigation. I refused to pay the balance on my account, but both their finance officer and even their general manager refused any idea they might be at fault. They never could tell me how tires of a brand I have never owned got on my Bobcat. I would avoid this place in particular, and the rest of their chain in the Rockies. It may be because of their virtual monopoly in this area that they don't feel the need to keep customers happy. Just another story from the rampant corporate takeover of our nation. They can do whatever they want, and we can do nothing but complain on Yelp.
