Energy Health Clubs is Cotati and Windsor’s premier health club and we proudly serve members from Rohnert Park and Santa Rosa.  We also have dedicated members who love our Zumba and Yoga classes making the short drive from Petaluma and Penngrove.  Our north county location is located on Old Redwood Highway and has members coming from Healdsburg and Wikiup.  We even have testimonials from fitness enthusiasts in Sebastopol!

Our gym and health club offers a full weight room and a complete line of bran new cardio equipment. Energy Health Clubs also offers personal training packages and we have one of the largest selection of Group X Classes in Sonoma County. Our Group Exercise (Group X) Classes include the world famous Zumba Dance Party, Madd Dog Spin, and the newest class to sweep the nation: R.I.P.P.E.D. Of course, we offer the staple classes such as Yoga and Step. For those of you looking for something different, we proudly offer water aerobics classes multiple times during the week as well.
