she came highly recommended... but instead....we had a bad experience with her service...
she was not very polite and treated us very unbusinesslike (just because were 20 mins late for our appointment.)
5hrs later she call us, (again using unbusinesslike matter) tell us that she could not groom our dog.
(for a reason.. that blew us away ...our dog was too nervous)....

AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Penny did exactly what I asked her to do and my baby has never looked better! I highly recommend Penny to anyone who feels their "dog" is their four-legged child. Thank you Penny for a job well done!
