bought my bathroom fixtures from cavilier kitchen and baths in plenty of time according to them to cordinate with my installer a seemless installation. upon delivery my tub enclosure was on backorder. my contractor had to rig me up a shower in my basement to use for the 2 weeks i waited for the tub to arrive. not once was i called with a "were sorry for your inconvience or your tub is on back order we will try to expedite the ship date. i did however get a call when the tub was in to make sure i had the balance to them before they would deliver.

Cavalier remodeled our kitchen and a bathroom. They provided quality products - and kept within the budget we set. We enjoyed our experience with them.

User Rating: 1 out of 5 stars by Mark 04/26/2011 I contacted Julie at Cavalier Kitchens to purchase some very high end Toto products, specifically a washlet and a toliet. She quoted me over the telephone more than $1,400.00 for the washlet and over $400.00 for the ada toliet I wanted. Once I went to the showroom to meet her and view the products I decided I wanted them. I had however researched prices on the internet and showed her that I could order the exact same products for less than half the price Cavalier wanted to charge. I explained that it was important for me to shop and keep money locally and requested that she check with her management and get back in touch with me regarding what she could do. Before I left she became a bit defensive and said she was quite certain that she would not be able to match the prices I had provided but I told her that if she could negotiate to a reasonable point where I could justify making a purchase and keeping my business locally that I would conslder paying a little extra to do that. Well I waited a week and never received any other contact from her. Cavalier Kitchens has absolutely no common courtesy when it comes to customer relations. They could have at least called and talked to me about some reduction in price since there was more than a $600.00 price spread in what they wanted and what I could purchase the same products online for. But no......they decided that greed was more important than having a locally satisfied customer so they made absolutely no effort to deal with me. Therefore I contacted a company online at www.homeperfect.com and purchased both products for less than half the price that Cavalier Kitchens wanted for the exact same thing. They also gave me free shipping and handling which Cavalier Kitchens wanted to also charge me for. You know rather then cut their price a bit to keep a local customer happy and to keep money locally Greed took over. It's a damn shame there are companies like this that just can't see the forrest for the trees. I am building a new house very shortly and would have needed a vendor for tens of thousands of dollars worth of high end products. Guess where I won't be going to purchash them! If you want a deal on bathroom and kitchen products do your research online before going to Cavalier Kitchens. You will save a lot of money from those who are just to Greedy to want local business.
