I like the store and their friendly staff, but the comment about not getting through to the over the phone is 100% correct. It could just be a busy time of day, but I have gotten the busy tone a few times now.

Not sure why the previous poster was so upset. I called and they were perfectly polite and helpful.

Don't bother calling them because their line is almost always busy and they are rude on the phone. Didn't really help get me any info that I was looking for..
